Privacy Policy
By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy. You may use our site anonymously.
What information do we collect?
Comments
When you leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form and your computer’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact Forms & Order Forms
All contact forms and order forms on this site were created on either Jotform or InfusionSoft and embedded here. The information collected includes the information requested on the form, the date it was submitted, and your computer’s IP address. The information collected on the form is often transferred to our database housed with InfusionSoft. When you complete a financial transaction online with us using a credit card, we store the following in our InfusionSoft database: your name, date of payment, authorization and cancellation codes, transaction’s reference number, type of payment, the last four digits of the credit card, the credit card expiration date, the cardholder name, billing address and shipping address. We DO NOT store the CVV number for credit cards. We generally retain this information indefinitely in case questions arise about the transaction. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. Only our internal staff and service providers (Jotform and InfusionSoft) have access to this information. Our service providers do not provide your data to anyone else. For more information, read our service providers' privacy policies: Jotform, InfusionSoft, and PayPal.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. If you prefer, you can refuse cookies via your browser’s privacy settings. Like most websites, if you turn your cookies off, some of our services may not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone. Below are the various ways this site uses cookies.
This site uses Google Analytics, a service that uses cookies to transmit website traffic data to Google servers. It helps us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may opt out of Google Analytics cookies with the Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Visit https://policies.google.com/privacy to read more about how Google uses data when you visit this site.
An InfusionSoft-generated cookie collects your computer's IP address to track when website visitors become contacts in our database. Visitor information is kept in our database for 90 days. After that, InfusionSoft archives it, but it is no longer accessible to us.
A "Facebook Pixel" (another name for a cookie) helps us track traffic to our site from any Facebook ads we may run. Read Facebook's cookie policy at https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/.
A LinkedIn cookie helps us track traffic to our site from any LinkedIn ads we may run. Read LinkedIn's cookie policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy.
