When exporting your final PDF please use the PDF/X-1a settings. This settings reduces variables to ensure reliable printing.
• Convert all color to CMYK. No RGB, no spot color
• Embed or outline all fonts
• Embed all graphics
Final Notes
• All artwork must include PPAI number and/or UPIC number
• Please use the following naming convention to help route your ad: advertiser-PPD-(issue)-(year).PDF
Example: Advertiser-PPB-month-year.
